The Skil 9008 AA Angle Grinder also features an ergonomic design, including three side-handle positions, in order to provide for absolute control in a range of DIY applications, explains Skil Junior Brand Manager Vision Ndlovu.

Other features facilitating efficient operation and control for increased productivity and quality include a large switch for ease of working, a ‘click’ guard adjustment so that no tools are required, and a slim metal gear housing for increased accessibility for maintenance purposes.

A 3-m-long power cord means an increased working area, while operator fatigue is reduced by the Skil 9008 AA Angle Grinder weighing only 2 kg. In addition, a spindle lock feature allows for easy and efficient disk change-out.

The input power is 800 W, while the maximum disk diameter is 125 mm. The no-load speed is 12 000 rpm, and the maximum arbor diameter is 22 mm, while the angle grinder has an M14 spindle thread.

The Skil 9008 AA is supplied with a side handle, set of flanges, a handy wrench for disk change-out, and a comprehensive instruction manual.
