Zutari appoints Gcina Deliwe as Office Manager, East London

Leading engineering consultancy Zutari is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms Gcina Deliwe as Office Manager in East London. Gcina brings over 22 years of experience in the infrastructure sector, with deep expertise in project and programme management, infrastructure oversight, and quantity surveying.

A registered Professional Quantity Surveyor (PrQS) and member of the Association of South African Quantity Surveyors (ASAQS), she has held senior roles including Senior Manager: Infrastructure Management Services at the Eastern Cape Development Corporation (ECDC) and Infrastructure Oversight Specialist at the Eastern Cape Provincial Treasury.

Her career highlights include leading multi-billion-rand infrastructure programmes in education, social infrastructure, and healthcare, as well as managing large-scale facilities and property development projects. Gcina’s qualifications include a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying and advanced studies in Project Management at the University of Pretoria.
