Global Search

Now users can search the entire site using an engine serial number, genset serial number, part number, or part description to find results. Once the search is complete, further narrowing features are available, including category filters on the left-hand side and text search capability within the results.

Save Favourite ESNs

Logged-in users can now favourite five Engine Serial Numbers (ESNs) by clicking on the ‘Star’ icon beside the search bar. Once favourited, the ESN can be found by clicking on the username in the upper right corner, and then ‘My Saved ESNs’.

If a user does not have a login, the user can register for a free QuickServe Online Limited Owners Plan to gain access.

Cummins will expand this capability in the future to allow favouriting of additional serial numbers.

Engine Browsing History

Once an engine serial number has been searched for in the Engine section, it will begin to appear below the search box. This box will display the last five ESNs searched for.

New Option Details View

Direct user feedback allowed Cummins to reimagine the option view page. The option graphic has been moved into the upper right corner, allowing the individual graphics to be viewable, along with the parts list, easing the required clicks to see the graphics.

Hovering over the individual graphics will enlarge them.

Clicking on the part number loads the individual part page, which includes additional metadata like dimensions, supersessions, ReCon equivalents and available kits.

Additional features will be released continuously, so customers are advised to keep checking back to see what’s new. No matter the Cummins engine, application or component, parts.cummins.com provides genuine part information you can depend on.
